Pricing questions

Why is the pilot paid?

A paid pilot gets proper attention on both sides: real flights, real SCADA data, a named engineer from us and agreed success measures. The full $4,900 is credited to your first annual subscription, so if you continue, the pilot costs nothing.

What counts as MWdc under management?

The nameplate DC capacity of every site you add to Solvane. Archived sites don't count. If your capacity grows during the year, we true up at renewal.

Do you fly the drones?

No. Solvane works with imagery from your own pilots or any drone service provider. Service providers can white-label Solvane reports on the Portfolio plan.

Does the AI make the final call?

No. Every AI finding starts as a proposal and only becomes a work order once a reviewer confirms it. Thermal images are treated as rendered, not radiometric, so Solvane never reports absolute temperatures.

How accurate are the loss estimates?

They are planning estimates from your site's specific yield, PPA price, module wattage and typical loss factors for each defect type. Portfolio and Enterprise customers can calibrate them against metered data.

Where is our data stored?

Growth and Portfolio data is stored in a US or EU region of your choice. Enterprise adds UK residency and private deployment. Imagery is never used to train shared models without written opt-in.
